today announced the release of a version 3.00 of AeroClub ManagerTM, Windows®-based software
developed to help flying clubs manage day-to-day activities. Improvements in the software include
new modules for tracking pilot account balances, setting up beginning balances, improved reporting
and easier-to-use accounting input. The improvements are a result of a user feedback about the
popular flying club software program that already included modules for aircraft and pilot tracking,
flight tracking, leaseback reporting, and maintenance tracking.
AeroClub Manager saves flying clubs many hours of time every month by automating account
dues and statement functions. The program allows for setting up pilots by different membership
levels so different dues rates can be applied. The new version of AeroClub Manager includes easier
to read statements that show pilot medical and BFR dates and displays warning flags if a pilot has
not flown in the last 90 days. The statements also shows a year-to-date flight summary by tail
number.
AeroClub Manager easily reports leaseback information and customer balances. Pilot reports include BFRs and medicals due in addition to other currency requirements. Aircraft reports show equipment, insurance, aircraft nearing maintenance and hours flown each year. AeroClub Manager also includes routines to access other file formats and even backup the database automatically. AeroClub Manager's intuitive Windows interface makes training users on the system a breeze.
AeroClub Manager is available in two versions. The price of AeroClub ManagerTM for a single-aircraft version (ideal for partnerships) is only $195.00.
