FBO Manager handles all accounts receivable functions of your FBO. These functions include sales and invoicing, statements, and receiving payments. |

Standard Invoicing |
FBO Manager uses its chart of accounts, inventory, and customer list to create invoices. The invoice module then links to the fuel module and flight module as required. |

Accounts Payable |
FBO Manager links to QuickBooks or PeachTree to provide this functionality. The cost of these software packages is approximately $180 and the software would be purchased separately by you. |

General Ledger |
FBO Manager links to QuickBooks or PeachTree to provide this functionality. Additionally, there are a number of reports in FBO Manager that provide sales and ledger information. Our sales by account number and sales by invoice number reports will match the accounting program general ledger information. |

Aircraft Maintenance and Management |
FBO Manager uses the Hobbs, Tach, and Calendar date to track maintenance items coming due on aircraft. As flights are entered for flight school activities the data can be used to generate reports showing maintenance due. Additionally, FBO Manager has a Work Order module that will prepare work orders showing discrepancies with associated parts and corrective actions. |

Inventory Control |
FBO Manager has a fully functional inventory module that is also duplicated in the accounting package. The asset value is tracked in the accounting package. Both systems will show quantity on hand and issue PO numbers. |

Ordering/Receiving |
Generally this is handled through the accounting package. FBO Manager has a PO number system that can also be used to order parts. |

Flight School/Part 141 |
FBO Manager has the facilities to track aircraft, pilots and instructors. Pilot medicals, BFRs and check rides are tracked. Aircraft maintenance and checkout categories are tracked. Using this information flights can be dispatched, checked in and invoiced. Reports are prepared showing hours flown for pilots, instructors and aircraft. Different levels of instruction can be tracked - such as Ground, Primary, Advanced, etc. Fields for Part 141 tracking such as mission or syllabus objective, grading, PIC hours and landings are included. You can record FAA examiners and observers on the flight. |

Cash Draw/POS |
FBO Manager is designed to serve as your front desk interface for billing customers. The program will support a cash drawer (sold separately and purchased by you - approximate cost is $199), bar coding (sold separately - $135) and credit card processing. With version 3.0 we have integrated a credit card module. We use Go Software’s PC charge module. Cost to include integrated credit card module is $450 for the PC Charge software, $140 for the "Swiping" keyboard wedge, and $150 for the Cornerstone Logic module. |

Leaseback |
Information from the tracking of flights is used to generate leaseback reports. Letters showing the hours flown, revenue, and expenses are automatically generated by the program. |

Fuel Management |
FBO Manager tracks all of your fueling requirements. Detailed information showing each truck, tank, hydrant cart, or fuel pit is available. The program provides capabilities for entering meter readings, recording actually "dip" measurements, tracking refinery batch numbers and your docket numbers. Reports that show missing fuel tickets, inventory on hand, and vessel reconciliation are available. We also include the "FuelSentry!" which can run minimized on your desktop without running FBO Manager. This program queries the database every 30 seconds and updates the current quantity on hand for each vessel and fuel type. |

Concierge |
FBO Manager has the fields you need to track hotel and rental car preferences for each customer. In addition, you can instantly retrieve sales information and preferences for any tail number (Enterprise version). Use this as a sales and marketing tool to generate business and greet aircraft owners by name. |

Shop Orders |
FBO Manager will generate shop orders. You can define create discrepancies, add corrective actions, and associate parts with each squawk. Print Form 337s, and logbook labels. |

Charter Quoting |
FBO Manager prepares charter quotes using the aircraft and specifications you define. Quotes can be prepared based on mileage charges or hourly charges. Additional fees may be added. |
